1. As she has undergone DTPA [renogram] which suggests left renal dysfunction and also has multiple pathologies, thus it is wise to be under the regular supervision of your Nephrologist, since he can adjust/modify/ add or delete a medicine/drug with regular checking of her blood reports and will manage accordingly.

PS. As it could be from a single disease [diabetic nephropathy or hypertensive nephropathy] or because of both [KW syndrome] make sure his blood sugar and blood pressure remain within normal range, since the former can lead to diabetic ESRD [end stage renal disease] and latter to high blood pressure [nephropathy]

. Take a normal quantity of carbohydrates and fat.
. avoid potassium containing food like tomato, fruit juice, coconut water, potato, chocolate, papaya, banana, grapes, cheese, and leafy vegetables.
. for calcium take plenty of milk, guava, fish.
. if serum creatinine increases, then protein intake has to be restricted.
. be in the constant/regular supervision of Urologist/Cardiologist or your physician and check with the tests periodically since kidney function can/may deteriorate unexpectedly.
