How Can Knee Pain Be Treated?

my name is Joseph, im having a kneel pain on my right, I noticed this pain like a month a ago. please do I need prescription medicine to combat this pain or do stick to over the counter medication for this pain, which to me appear not work for me. please a solution is desperately needed. thanks.

hi Mr joseph , considering your symptoms . It would be arthritic pain . probably oesteoarthritis or Rheumatoid . To conform that we need to take an X ray of your right knee . Medications like NSAIDS( brufen, diclofenac) can reduce your pain but that is only symptomatic . I would also suggest you to take Blood investigations like Blood Count , ESR ,CRP , RA factor , Uric acid , to confirm the diagnosis
