How Can Left Axis Deviation And Poor R Wave Progression Be Treated?

The cardiologist's report to my doctor says that recent tests show left axis deviation, poor R wave progression and ST sagging in the infero lateral leads, also, after 24 seconds exercise there was a drop in oxygen saturation to 76% which at rest recovered to 98%. As these tests were done at the beginning of February, the report has just now been issued and I am not due to see the cardiologist until July I am wondering if I should be taking any particular actions.
