My question is my sexdrive is about non existent BC it is very painful but even if it wasn t painful it is becoming less and less frequent BC of lack of desire. Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
The lack of libido and dryness you are experiencing comes due to hormonal changes in menopause and atrophy.
A lubricant such as K-Y Jelly or Astroglide can ease vaginal dryness and help make sex more comfortable. That may help increase your libido if pain or discomfort during intercourse is affecting your libido.
Also physical activity and communication with partner can boost mood and increase libido.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
