How Can Low Libido And Vaginal Dryness Be Treated?
Hi, my friend had an abortion two months ago, ever since she has lost her feelings during sex and experiences dryness in the vagina, before the abortion, she gets wet by just kissing but after the abortion she doesn t even get in the mood let alone feel wet. Please what could be the cause of the dryness and how can she get her body to produce lubricant by itself?

Is it medical termination or spontaneous abortion?
Probably your having trauma due to abortion which may cause fear of pregnancy lead to loss of desire to get mood hence dryness if vagina. Other possibilities like Infection of genitourinary track or hormonal imbalance can lead to libido.
So, please consult your gynecologist, she will give you condemning and treat you accordingly.
