Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have lower back pain and it has gotten progressively worse over time. This morning I woke up with sharp pains on my left side evertime I moved in that direction. At work my leg felt kind of tingly and very hot, but not to the touch. I went to lift a box over my head which probably weighs less than 5 pounds and I could barely do it because of the sharp pains.
If the Pain you are feeling is worse then get an MRI Whole Spine. Right now take these tablets, with absolute bed rest.
1) Tablet thioford twice daily for 1 Week 2) Tablet Ultracet twice daily for 2 to 3 weeks 3) Tablet cipcal once daily for 1 Month 4) Capsule pantomeg-dsr once daily (half an hour before food)
review the MRI report with a NeuroSurgeon
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Mohammed Abdullah
