How Can Lower Backache On The Right Side Be Treated?

I have pain on my back right side that seems to be coming from just below my right buttox cheek. It feels like I would imagine it would feel if I had fallen on my rear end, but I haven t done that. It feels like a severe bruise, and I have never had a problem in this area before. The pain is worse if I have been sitting and get up, and it seems to improve as I move around. Ibuprofen or alleve or even hydroccordone helps for a few hours but the pain just come back. I have been dealing with this for about a week or so. Any help is appreciated. Tim Beaver YYYY@YYYY
