I'm looking for serious help here. For the past few months - when I do labor-some work for say 5-10 minutes, or do anything that makes you want to sweat, and your body heat up. For example, I was working outside today in the yard and after 10 or so minutes I started to experience what I believe is "prickly heat". All over my body, it feels like I am being poked by pins and needles, along with a tingling sensation. Apparently this occurs when your sweat glands are blocked, and sweat does not escape your skin and causes leakage of sweat into the deeper layers of the epidermis, provoking an inflammatory reaction. To sum things up. I am 5 foot 9 inches, I weight 135, and I am in shape. Is there any advice you guys have to help me with this? The only thing I have changed in the past few months is that I have switched to bar soap - from body wash. That wouldn't be the cause, would it? I believe I may either have "Prickly Heat", "Miliaria", or "Miliaria Rubra"
