How Can Multiple Lipomas In The Body Be Conservatively Treated?
HELLO.Im dr maria.My huband has multiple lipomas in his body mostly in abdomen and thigh region.I can palpate them but they are not visible.I dont want him to go for surgery as recurrence is common.please let me know about conservative treatment .Does he need any life style modification?regards

there's no other definitive treatment for these lesions other than surgical excision. if you're not opting for this modality, observation and watchful monitoring of those lesions could be done, at least for now. if they become bothersome for him, then a consult with a general surgeon will be of great help.
