How Can Nasal Congestion Along With Earache Be Treated?

I have had nasal congestion for over 7 days now. My mucus is now bloody and I also have an ear ache. With headache and pressure around my head, i can hardly smell anything and no over the counter medication has work. Do I need medical assistance right away or can I wait until my doctor office is open
