Hi,

Our body has good abilities to help recover wounds. You don't need any extra or superfood for it.

Just try to eat a balanced diet including a good amount of proteins and collories. Proteins diet is encouraged like milk, pulses and meat. Take good amount of water.

Rest the body will take care of the wound.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
