How Can Nausea Be Treated While On Treatment For Diabetes?
I am a diabetic of some 30years with neuropathy in both legs and have now developed an open wound on my heel I have been having treatment by surgery staff and doctors direction but has now developed a a very.strong noxious odour what can you suggest

the nauseating smell from the wound indicate severe bacterial infection.
you should get your blood sugars checked and dose of insulin adjusted. the wound would require proper dressing and debridement by a surgeon. you would be required to be put on intravenous antibiotics too
