Hi,thank you for posting your query on health care magic.
Rhinoliths are calcareous concretions formed by the deposition of salts on a nasal foreign body. They may get attached to the nasal septum,or floor of nose or Inferior Turbinate bone( turbinates are mucosa lined bony shells present inside nasal cavity).
After endoscopic removal of the Rhinolith,if it has been attached to the nasal septum or Inferior turbinate bone, then after removal, there may be reactionary edema and inflammation over the mucosa of nasal septum or inferior turbinate leading to nasal blockage.
You can use Steroidnasal Spray containing Mometasone. It will help to reduce edema and inflammation, along with Saline Nasal Spray.
If still your nasal blockage is not relieved ,then it would be advisable to consult again an Otolaryngologist doctor to look for other causes of nasal blockage and treat accordingly.
Hope this answers your query.Take care.
