Understanding your concern. As per your query your son have nose redness which occur when duct of sebaceous gland get blocked and infected by bacteria. I would suggest you to not to prick or touch pimples , exfoliate your skin to remove dead skin and bacteria's, wash your face with mild soap twice a day. You should avoid over exposure to sun and use over the counter ointment containing benzoyl peroxide. Apply aloe vera gel. Azithral liquied can be used. If condition persists even after this you can then consult dermatologist for proper evaluation of your condition . Doctor may prescribe chemical peel or microdermabrassion.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
