How Can Pain Due To Cervical Spondylosis Be Treated?

I have cervical spondylosis and a torn rotator cuff injury. Surgery is out of the question because I also have COPD. I need a pain med without aceteminiphen (spelling?). I know long term use of tylenol products could be detrimental to my kidneys. I am seeing a pain specialist Tuesday and would like to be able to get something besides the hydrocodone prescribed by me orthopedist. Thanks

Hello dear

Thanks for writing to HCM
Surgery can be done to COPD pateient in a good hospital with proper ICU arrangement, so it is not out of question, please consult a good orthopedician and ask him to do it in a proper setup.
Meanwhile you can use Dispersable tablets of Tramdol HCl for pain relief. It will also combat inflimation if there is any. Only side effect of Tramadol in short term use is a bit of dizziness if taken in high doses.
Hope that Helps
Thanks
