Suggest Medication For Pain In Arm Due To Cervical Spondylosis

I have had cervical spondylosis for quite a long time. My latest neck x-ray shows cervical spondylosis (C4-5 & C5-6). I have been having left arm pain for a month. Which pain killer should I take: Gabapentin or Celecoxib? And also would taking Glucosamine and MSM help?
