How Can Pain In The Back And Hip Be Treated?
I have back/hip pain. My l5-s1 is messed up. I have pain all the time on my right side from the waist down. Last night I stood up walked around a bed to a fridge turned around and then I strentched when I did everything went white and I went down and landed on my buttocks, a solid straight down land. Since then my pain has been worse and into my neck and feels like little electric pulses going through my whole back. Have had a MRI since 2013 have landed and slipped many times with no current views. Is this a ER thing or a visit to my primary?

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persists better to consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated.
In that case you might require an MRI scan for further assessment.
