How Can Pain In The Wrist, Fingers And Knees Be Treated?

Ihave been taking Mobic for about 5 years, My last blood work showed abnormal kidney finction. I was also taking biotin daily. I have stopped both these meds now for three weeks. my joints esp wrist and fingers, knees and hips are so painful, Also my shoulders. What can I take to ease some of the pain. YYYY@YYYY

* As there is abnormal kidney function, I would suggest

- Use of tramadol hydrochloride with paracetamol prescription.
- Local application of analgesic spray or ointment.
- Balanced nutritious diet with proper amount of calcium, vitamins, minerals.
