General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Painful arthritis needs NSAIDs and acetaminophen combination. So best would be to take tablet Ibuprofen and Acetaminophen combination. this will give you relief from inflammation, swelling and pain.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Nirav Nimavat, General & Family Physician
