I am having very painful cramping of some of my muscles when I use them, for example - Tying my shoe while standing (but leaning against couch) - lifted my right leg to tie my shoe and I had very sharp pain in my lower right side and the muscle was cramping. Lowering my leg and relaxing helped it go away. Then this morning while showering I have very painful cramp just below my breast - over the rib cage when I stretched to reach my back. Very painful cramp. Relaxing for a moment made it go away. I ve never had that happen before. It felt like it would continue to worsen if I did not relax and stop using the muscel.
hello,thanks for consulting HCM:) i am Very sorry to hear about your problems. i think you should do regular cardio exercise for sometime.Avoid doing strenuous exercise or work. plus avoid any sedentary lifestyle if are having any. If the problem continues use Tab ETOVA MR or Tab Zerodol MR twice daily for 7 days, also use tab Omez 20 OD BBF along with that. Hot fomentation with hot water bag is useful. wish your speedy recovery:)
