How Can Painful Muscle Cramps In The Shoulder Be Treated?

I think My daughter pulled a muscle in her shoulder 2 days ago what would be the best thing to give her for pain she isn t in alot of pain just cramping a little bit or should I take her to her doctor she seems fine she is still active and playing been putting tiger balm on it and giving her tylononal and she has been using a massager on it as well
