How Can Panic Disorder And Severe Anxiety Be Treated?

i have panic disorder with severe anxiety take 50mg soloft and .05mg zanax daily but thinking zoloft isnt working the fear is coming and not wanting to do fun things in life is back please help i will not pay just for asking a question i pay when i go see a doctor

Your diagnosis : Panic attack related to anxiety

Don't worry.. this condition is treatable

In this problem behavioural therapy Also given along with medication

As far as medication concerned benozodizepin and SSRI group drug prescribed

You have been given sertraline as SSRI drug and alprazolam as benozodizepin

Sertraline needs to be continued for several weeks and atleast six month for complete treatment

Alprazolam will be prescribed only for 1 to 2 month

After two to three weeks with regular medication and behavioural therapy you will be improved

So don't loose patience, believe in psychiatrist treating you and take medication regularly( This is perfect medicine for your case)

Yoga, meditation, exercise will also be beneficial
