How Can Paralysis On The Left Side Of The Body Be Treated?

my grand father age is 80, recently his left side body was paralyzed due nerve break in the brain due to high B.P. He has kidney functioning problem from the last year( not a dialysis patient). Not a diabetic or cardiac problem. he is bed ridden now. please give diet suggestions for him

* So far as symptoms narrated here, your grand father has residual effects of brain damage post cerebro vascular accident.
* My suggestions

- Allow him more liquids.
- Balanced nutritious diet formulas via Ryles tube if not taking by mouth.
- Assisted physiotherapy at home.
- Control of blood pressure, blood sugar and body weight.
- Regular follow up with his consultant.
