Suggest Treatment For Sleep Paralysis

Hello sirI am suffering from sleep paralysis from last 2 or 3 year.but from last one month i always suffered from this.daily in night and day when go to sleep or taking small nap it happened to me. Actully i now during paralysis and i want to wake up or move my body to break the session of paralysis some time i can but some time the duration of this activity is more. I read about this and i know the consquenses of sleep paralysis. Normal people are afraid from this but i am not becouse it happend with me hundread of time. I am only afraid that what happnd if i didnt wake up or do not able to break the session of sleep paralysis .I am also worried about that Is it symtoms of body paralysis or other paralysis. Please replay

thanks for using HCM.
sleep paralysis is disorder of REM sleep. During the paralysis you cant do much except telling your self that it will pass away . To reduce the frequency of it you need to maintain regular sleep as disturbance in sleep can increases its frequency.
Also you can try SSRI group of antidepressant drug , ask your doctor for this.
