How Can Persistent Body Ache Be Treated?

Hx pneumonia in early Nov. 2017. since then persistant body aches, pains and decreased mobility/endurance. No change in sx, can barely go out to get my groceries. PCP tried trial of Tylenol w/ Codeine and Ultram, then taper to OTC products q 4-6 hours. Pain clinic wants nerve injections but I am unable to afford co-pay every 2-3 weeksWhere do I go from here.

you can take Cefadroxyl twice daily for five days
Take Tramadol and paracetamol combination 2 times a day for five days

Don't eat commercial products don't eat spicy and fried food
Don't eat cold drink cold water ice cream chocolate and pastries
