hi, apply kligman's formula cream (Hydroquinone+tretinoin+flucinolone) at night in small quantity. never use this combination for more than 4 week. apply sunscreen with SPF 30 or more every 2 hr at 9:00AM, 11:00AM & 1:00PM. Dont stop using sunscreen . as the melasma clears use kojic acid cream for maintenance twice daily.
wash your face with glycolic acid containing face wash. multivitamin containing b carotene 30mg acts as systemic sunscreen but this is not a substitute of topical one.
hope this is helpful. thanks
