How Can Persistent Pain And Stiffness Of The Right Shoulder Be Treated?

I fell on the sidewalk and landed hard on my right hand. I now have a frozen shoulder, it has been over a month and the pain has only gotten worse. I seen a physician, she told me to rest and use ice, it is not getting better. Can you tell me what to do to stop the stiffness and the pain?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern.
As a first step, I recommend you do an x ray of the shoulder. Pain killers and heat patches in the mean time is what you can do.

I hope this helps
Wishing you all the best.
