Hi,I am Dr. Gopal Goel (Orthopaedic Surgeon). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hi, My mri in november of last year did not reveal any pinched nerves in my neck, I am now showing symptoms of a pinched nerve as I am experiencing shocking pains in my right arm. Is it possible for a nerve to get pinched in such a short period of time after my mri or for a disc to herniate? I do have various other problems in my spine that they found, spondylosis , ddd, bulging discs etc etc. only I am now getting worried that it s something more sinister although no sinister pathology was found on my mri. I would really appreciate your advise.
Since your November report showed spondylosis;herniated disc then there are chances of a disc herniation or at least nerve root compression .Please consult your Ortho doctor for examination & further treatment.
wish you good health.
Thanks
