General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive of severe plantar fasciitis. Take the following advises:

Take bed rest for the 5-6 days and avoid activity that causes pain. Take tablet Ibuprofen three times a day.

Wear an orthotic device. Avoid stretching till the pain is there. Soak your feet in the warm water with added Epsom salt.

If pain will not resolve then local steroid injection and shock wave therapy will helpful.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ivan R. Rommstein, General Surgeon
