How Can Post Polio Syndrome Be Treated?

Hi, I M 60 years old, I had polio when I was you get, I now have post polio syndrome. I have had it for many years. The problem is it has affected my whole skeletal system. My legs are in very bad condition. The RIGHT LEG is pulling out at the groun. Both legs dislocate in the back of my legs at the bend of the legs behind the knees. My right R right leg also is turning outward from the knee down. Can you give me some ideas of what can be done to fix my legs?

The main aspects of treatment would be physiotherapy and possibly surgical correction.

The best person to assess you would be orthopedic surgeon. He or she would be able to determine the best path of treatment
