How Can Psoriasis Be Treated?

I have Psoriasis on knees, elbows, some knuckles, and other places too. In the past couple of days I have noticed several rough thickened areas on the bottoms of my feet and one pinky toe. How can I tell if its more psoriasis or if it s just callus. The areas of the feet effected are in the middle of the arch, not on the heel or ball of the foot where I would expect callus to form. Is there a way to tell the difference?
