Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I have Psoriasis on knees, elbows, some knuckles, and other places too. In the past couple of days I have noticed several rough thickened areas on the bottoms of my feet and one pinky toe. How can I tell if its more psoriasis or if it s just callus. The areas of the feet effected are in the middle of the arch, not on the heel or ball of the foot where I would expect callus to form. Is there a way to tell the difference?
HI Treatment consists of skin care Treatment aims to remove scales and stop skin cells from growing so quickly. Topical ointments, light therapy and medication can offer relief. Thank you.
