Hi Doc..I am liezel .26 year s old...I currently work in saudi Arabia.When I was in my country I was diagnosed by a RIGHT UPPER LOBE FINE FIBROID. I was so worried about my health cause I was so stressed with my work here..I slept just only 6hours...and I am getting lost my weight ..My sight is not normal..my breath is normal for now.What should I do.It s been one year since I ve known this ..The doctor said it is not active but yet I am still worried..I need you doc..Please

Consult a pulmonologist and get evaluated. Steroid and immunomodulators are the main aspects of treatment. However, keep in mind that complete recovery is unlikely.
