How Can Rashes On The Body Be Treated?

My sister has the hives,us he was on Amlodipine for high blood pressure,her pressure regulated and the cardiologist said she do not have to take it. She has not taken the meds for 5days,she broke out with the hives today. We in addition had a St.. Patrick s cake that had green dyes in the icing . Could that have triggered the hives? With the medication in her system? What can she do to relieve the outbreaks.

You can take Doxycycline twice a day for five days, take L dio 1 twice a day for five days, take Rantac twice a day for five. Bath with Dettol soap and water 3-4 times, apply Calamine lotion on affected site, don't wear tight clothes.
