one is antibiotic and other one is anti allergy.you have not give anything about itching or pain. yellow discharge is due to bacterial infection. it appears it is resistant to anti biotic. so swab can be taken for culture and sensitivity. after getting the report can use the antibiotic which is highly sensitive. with it take oral levocetrizine 5mg tablet daily.
