Hello There

After going through your medical query I understand your concern and I would like to tell you that considering your age group, palpitations or irregular heart rate are very common in your age and is recommended for you to get an ECG to check the f you are having any cardiac arrhythmia then consult me back with your ECG report.

Hopefully this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
