How Can Red And Itchy Rashes, Spread All Over The Body, Be Treated?

Sir , red rashes appears for last 5 days and gradually it is spreading over my body I am bathing with neem water,applied home remedies, applied escab liquid but there is no question to relieve from the itching and disorder of skin. Plz instruct

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to allergy. Taking antihistamines like zyrtec(cetirizine) and applying calamine lotion will be helpful.
