How Can Red Spots The Forearm Be Treated?

I have red spots that form on my arms due to being clumsy running into doorknobs! But I get these huge red spots on my arms Right now I have about 5 on each lower arm. They stay around for 3-3 weeks. My arms look horrible!! I was wondering if any my meds from my bad back cause these bruises or whatever to be the way they are!!??

itcan be allergic reaction to bug bite. ask doctor for close examination of arm. apply caladryl lotion. take tab levocetrizine 5mg empty stomach in morning.
