Hi
Welcome to HCM forum
Pus in root of teeth doesn't cause cancer it's classic infection of teeth. Get x ray of affected teeth done to know the extent of infection.consult your dentist for antibioti , root canal or other approach to control infection.
Thank you
hello ,
welcome to healthcare magic,
take a xray of that tooth and diagnose the problem.. then can go for root canal procedure or other treatment as guided by your dentist.. but wont lead to cancer.. take care.. happy smile.
Hi,
If there is pus it indicates an infection of one of the four teeth. an xray will reveal the infected tooth. The infected tooth should be root canal treated and then only will the pus disappear. Consult your dentist at the earliest.
Hi aneesha
if there is pus in one of the tooth, simply go tot he dentist, he will go for an xray , assess the damage in the apical part of the tooth and will tell you, if it can be saved by rct or apicectomy or have to be extracted . no need to worry about cancer developing from it.
Pus is produced by action of bacteria signifying active infection. You will first have to start with antibiotics. A dentist with the help of an Xray can find the root involved, assessing the extent of damage, it might netd a root canal or apicectomy. If the bridge is already in place, a root canal can be attempted by making an opening through the crown of involved teeth. This can help you save the bridge. However if the infection is involving multiple roots the bridge might have to be removed and root canals done or repeated if done earlier. No reason to worry about cancer.
hi aneesha,
i read your problem.............
it seems that you have periapical infection, due to which pus formed in that area..........
it can be treated successfully.................
please go to an endodontics and go for complete examination done and x-rays of that area.......
and please follow given instruction properly............
and please go for the complete treatment,do not leave the treatment in between as you will get relief.......
nothing to get worried,it is not cancer.......
take care
