How Can Severe Backache Be Treated?
I have been in severe back pain for awhile, I used to take Vioxx and now is not available. I have become almost dibilitated because of my pain. I found a couple that I had from an old perscription and made such a difference in my day. What other medication contains the active ingredient rofecoxib, or something else that can help? I ve tried Naproxin, even Hydrocodone and nothing helps like Vioxx. What can you suggest?

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and plan for an MRI scan to rule out spine related problems like a prolapsed disc or nerve compression.
