Training of the muscles intensively, indulging in pranayama and other yoga exercises and other stress mitigating activities Shiro vasti – bathing of head with medicinal oils in a specialised manner. Greeva vasthi – a neck treatment done to nullify the pain due to cervical spinal compression.
