Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I can t make this a normal question but it s strange I ve been having back troubles for a few years and just tried to manage it by exercise, I m 25 now and it s been so difficult I just can t see myself getting any better especially when nothing helps and no one can even help you let alone understand what your going through.. You get to the point you feel like your stuck in a hole and your existence means nothing anymore. Played 18 holes of golf today feeling really good about my day and got half way when my back started to get sore like really sore scale of 1/10 probly a high of 6/10 and i thought to myself I really shouldn t be doing this.. of course I wasn t gona give up but part of me was feeling so down about life.. it s always there someone asks you about your life how do you not talk about your issues when your young and lost and found..
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic. I can understand your concern. By your history and description, possibility of lumber spine related pathology is more likely. So better to consult orthopedic doctor and get done clinical examination, x ray and MRI of lumber spine. You may need physiotherapy in the form of ultrasound , stretching, hot pad application. If you are obese then weight reduction is must. Avoid forward bending and sudden jerky movements. Sit with proper back support. Don't worry, you will be alright with all these. Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
