How Can Severe Cough And Phlegm In Chest Be Treated?

Hello. I have schizoaffective disorder and I m on a lot of medications. Currently I m taking EMSAM, Klonopin, Artane, Invega Sustenna injection, Invega (oral), Trilafon, Adrenal XR, and Seroquel. I looked on durgs.com drug interactions for mucinex because currently i have been coughing and need to get all of that nasty flem out of my throat but there is a major interaction with it and several of the other medications I m on. Is there any other medicine that i could take to help with the coughing and get rid of the flem in throat / lungs? Ps i already know about the interaction of EMSAM and Adrenal XR. Ive taken EKG s and I am fine.
