General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
Thanks for putting your query over here.
It seems you have got upper respiratory tract infection .
May I know what is your age, about history of smoking?
If I were your treating doctor,I recommend,
-Antibiotics like Tab Augmentin /tab erythromycinfor 5 days (prescription drug)
-Cough expectorant 2 tsps 2-3 times a day.
-Avoid smoking and exposure to second hand smoke or irritant gases in atmosphere.

If the symptoms persist, referral to ENT surgeon, throat swab cultures will be needed as you also have foreign body sensation in your throat.
Besides, evaluation for TB will be needed.
Thanks.
