How Can Severe Earache And High Fever Be Treated?

my 6 yr old daughter has a very painful earache. she has been sick with a fever of 101 but it broke and now she has a cough and an ear ache. shes had ear aches in the past but doctors only prescribe antibiotics. what should we do, we don t want to compromise her amune system

According to history it seems to be acute otitis media like ear infection. For that Otoscopy ear examination should be done. Check your CBC as well and PNS X-ray. Antibiotic course can be prescribed for five days. Decongestant like Levocetirizine can be prescribed. Consult otorhinolaryngologist for examination that is strongly needed in your case.
