How Can Severe Fatigue Due To Adrenal Gland Insufficiency Be Managed?

i have adrenal gland insufficiency my adrenal glands don t work I have been on hydrocortisone join on 3 years. I also have thyroid issues and on medication for that. I was under care of endo dr but because of insurance change can no longer see her and i am in process of finding another dr. For the past week I have gotten worse i cannot stay awake and I am extremely fatigue which am always fatigued but this is to point just can t sit up. Do you know of any good dr in Memphis, Southhaven MS area or have any suggestions. Thanks for any help.
