What Causes Severe Fatigue?
My daughter is suffering from being exhausted all the time. She has many of the symptoms of Adrenal Fatigue. She works out about 6-7 hours per day but when she is home stays in bed some times for 24 hours. Won t this make her symptoms of exhaustion worse.

There are different causes of fatigue. She would need to be assessed to find the cause. Adrenal fatigue can be considered if other conditions are ruled out since it is not the most common cause.
Some of common causes are-- anemia, low levels of thyroid hormone, abnormal electrolytes,chronic illness, side effect of medication, depression.
