Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pneumonia is a serious infection of the lung tissue. That is why fatigue due to pneumonia might take several weeks before it is settled down, even with proper treatment of pneumonia. This is why it is very important to take treatment as advised and try to rest. You should use oxygen if saturation in blood (SPO2) is under 92% and in this case you should let your doctor know. If oxygen is low (under 92%) this is very likely an indication for you to be in the hospital. To finish i would say: take your treatment as advised, rest well, follow the instructions of your doctor. It might take you up to 4-5 weeks before you feel completely well so just be patient and take a good care of your self and let your doctor know for any worsening.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
