How Can Severe Headache Along With Fever And Sore Throat Be Treated?
My friend was just put on a Z pack today for a sinus infection after being in our hospitals ER. He is having bad headaches off and on and running a slight fever and his throat is very sore. Will this help? I gave him 2 tablets today for his first dose and will continue with 1 tablet tomorrow and each day after until they are gone. Can I also give him Ibupropen for his headaches and to help his fever?

Z-pack contains Azithromycin antibiotic effective in a sore throat as the first-line drug. Antibiotics are needed to see the effects. Paracetamol can be given for fever or a headache in place of Ibuprofen. Warm saline or Betadine gurgling usually helps.
