How Can Severe Itching In The Ears Of A Toddler Be Treated?

Hi, This is Hemant Jain My 3yrs son has an itching problem in both the ears from 2 years. I went to 2-3 docs they all cleaned his ear, but after few days he use to have itching back. I use OTOREX DROPS for him adviced by his ENT Doctor & probably using it every alternate days twice. Even that does not prevent the itching. And when there is no wax in his ear the itching is heavy. Plz suggest him some remedy or how it can be reduced.

I think probably he us having an allergic issue. I believe he can get better if he uses antihistamines such Benadryl or Ketotifen.
