How Can Severe Pain After A Hip Replacement Surgery Be Treated?

Two years ago I had a hip replacement and a rod implanted in my femur. I had terrible reactions to opiates and pain pills and am now on medical marijuana that helps but I still have pain. I do not like the side effects that are listed for Tylenol. Any comments?
